This place has so far exceeded our expectations! We recently just moved in and Mark at The Pinnacle has gone above and beyond to ensure we feel right at home. The move in process has been seamless and any issues we need resolved have been taken care of within an hours time. I can definitely say the customer service here is unlike anything I have ever experienced in the past. Building is clean, well maintained, with a great set of staff managing it. I rented here, sight unseen, and the leasing team was patient and accommodating with all of my questions and concerns during the leasing process. Couple of small maintenance issues when I moved in were solved almost immediately, and the place has so far exceeded my expectations!

I would highly recommend living at the Pinnacle to anyone in their late 20s or older who is looking for a quiet place to call home. The staff is attentive, friendly and goes out of their way to assist residents however possible. Management is continuously updating the interior of the building to keep things fresh and regularly hosts events to help residents meet one another. The building is pretty strict with parties, even on the weekends, so you will not have to worry about neighbors being too noisy.

Lovely building... lovely staff... magical city 🌃 . One day I will return to Pinnacle 😊
